Welcome to Lake City Yoga and Dance! I’m Courtney Brown. I’m a certified 200 RYT Yoga Teacher, a Certified Dance Educator, a certified Forest School Teacher and Director and an Ordained Minister. I’m also the head coach for my local pee-wee cheer squad! I love Dance! I love Yoga! I love cheerleading and gymnastics. I Love being outdoors. I love stretching moving my body to music! It feels good and it IS good! Let me curate your perfect movement experience…
And the best part is, I come to you! You don’t have to shlep your yoga mat and dance shoes all over town! I can make the magic happen anywhere. In your home, at the office or venue of your choosing, outside (weather permitting) and I’ll bring all the supplies! Just tell me what you want, throw on your leggings, and show up! All prices vary depending on location, number of participants and services provided. Just shoot me a message if you’re interested in something and I will talk it all out with you!
