Welcome to Lake City Yoga and Dance! I’m Courtney Brown. I’m a certified 200 RYT Yoga Teacher, a Certified Dance Educator, a certified Forest School Teacher and Director and an Ordained Minister. I’m also the head coach for my local pee-wee cheer squad! I love Dance! I love Yoga! I love cheerleading and gymnastics. I Love being outdoors. I love stretching moving my body to music!
